Sacred Path Communications & Consulting (SPCC) is the vision of co-founder Aaron Ui, a well-connected entrepreneur and trusted advisor with deep roots in both the business and Indigenous communities. Aaron brings extensive experience in financial solutions, and community-driven consulting. He excels in helping professionals, business owners, and Indigenous organizations build resilient futures. His leadership is grounded in respect, collaboration, and a commitment to transformative partnerships.

Charan Sidhu

Co-founder

At Sacred Path, Charan provides advisory on housing and community development initiatives, with a focus on market strategy and go-to-market execution.

Charan Sidhu is a real estate sales and advisory professional with over 15 years of experience bringing residential projects to market across Western Canada.

His expertise is focused on project positioning, pricing strategy, and market intelligence, with a track record of advising developers on aligning product, messaging, and sales execution with current market conditions.

He has worked across a wide range of residential projects, supporting teams with data-driven insights and practical strategies that enhance absorption and overall project performance.

David Tsai

Co-founder

David Tsai is a strategist and communications advisor with more than three decades of experience in branding, marketing, and strategic communications.

Through Sacred Path, he works with organizations, governments, and partners to support engagement, strategic planning, and partnership development.

He brings extensive experience in real estate marketing and project strategy, helping guide initiatives that intersect with development, tourism, and economic growth.

His work is grounded in practical, relationship-driven thinking, supporting organizations and partners in aligning vision, messaging, and execution.

Desiree Baker

Desiree is a member of the ‘Namgis First Nation and brings over 30 years of experience working with First Nations communities, government, and service organizations.

She specializes in grant strategy, community engagement, and culturally grounded planning for Indigenous initiatives.

Through her work, she has helped organizations secure more than $8 million in funding for community programs and development projects.
